La Leche League of Encino Family Park Day

Meeting Information

La Leche League of Encino Family Park Day meets 12-2 P.M. on the third Sunday of each month, at Los Encinos State Historic Park, 16756 Moorpark St., Encino, CA 91436.

The park is located half a block east of the intersection of Ventura and Balboa Blvds in Encino. From the 101 Freeway, take the Balboa offramp and travel south to Moorpark Street. Turn left at Moorpark and park on the street. Please pay attention to posted signs. Enter the park from Moorpark and walk along past the white rectangular building towards the orange trees. We will meet under a big tree along the farthest west side of the park.

Please bring a blanket and a healthy snack to share.

This meeting is held on the weekend to highly encourage spouses/partners, and working moms and dads to attend. Actually it's for the whole family along with breastfeeding support for pregnant moms, new moms, tandem and extended breastfeeding moms.

We hope you can join us! Make a day of it, bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the company of other breastfeeding families.

For rainy day location or for immediate breastfeeding support, please contact the Leader (below).
