La Leche League of Mankato/St. Peter - Chocolate Milk-Documentary Screening

Join La Leche League of Mankato/St. Peter for a free community preview of Chocolate Milk, a documentary that features stories of three women. Through their stories, Chocolate Milk will examine how the socioeconomic factors of race and sex influence breastfeeding rates for black mothers in America.

When: Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 5-7pm

Where: Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota, 224 Lamm St, Mankato, Minnesota 56001

The screening of Chocolate Milk is free to attend, and babies in arms are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.

Thanks to a generous donation by Leading Lady, there will be a nursing item giveaway, available on a first come, first serve basis.

This event is free of charge, but does not grant access to the Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota's exhibits or galleries.
