Touched out?

shutterstock_253872580The early years of parenting involve an intense amount of touch between mother and child, whether while breastfeeding, wearing your little one in a baby carrier, or simply having your child in your arms or in your lap (or climbing all over you during play.) As a result, many mothers experience feeling “touched out” from time to time, as if their bodies are no longer their own. What strategies do you use to move past that “touched out” feeling?
